            The idea of the project currently known as “The Alpha Loop” is to connect people to activity centers, parks, and jobs by a network of multi-use trails that provides safe alternatives to driving and offers recreational benefit. to learn more.


            Northwinds Summit

            Located at the northwest corner of Georgia 400 and Haynes Bridge Road, the mixed-use development includes 1.2 million sq. ft. of office space, along with a limited service hotel with 140 rooms, 30,000-50,000 sq. ft. of retail and restaurant space, 140 multi-family units and 32 stacked condos. Planned amenities include Alpha Loop trail connecting Northwinds Summit with Downtown Alpharetta and Big Creek Trail, outdoor parks and seating area with Wi-Fi.


            North Point Mall

            The redevelopment of the old Sears includes a pedestrian-friendly makeover of the mall’s main entrance, plus 300 residential units in three buildings, in addition to three buildings’ worth of new retail and restaurant concepts. Developers are also changing the inside of the mall by expanding the playground from the current play area just under 2,000 square feet to 7,000 square feet with separate, age-appropriate play spaces.

            North Point Mall area

            A Studio Movie Grill is planned for the Mansell Crossing shopping center at North Point Parkway and Mansell Road. The project would also renovate a portion of the existing Barnes & Noble and add a connection from North Point Parkway to the Big Creek Greenway.


            Windward Park

            Windward Park is a 48-acre mixed use development located along a primary transportation corridor within the Windward Community in Alpharetta, GA. This significant mixed use development will provide direct access to the neighboring marta-rail facility planned for this area in the near future.

            When fully built-out, Windward Park will include 191 town北京体彩网官方网站s, a 31,000 square retail and restaurant village, 500,000 square of office space, a 250-room hotel and 200 for-sale condominiums. Amenities include a 2-acre central park planned in the heart of the retail village and a 2-acre nature preserve connected to the residential side of the development. The central park will accommodate the site’s stormwater volume needs through a combination of active lawns, fountains and below ground stormwater chambers.

            A complete streets concept is planned for the project which will accommodate bikes, pedestrians and cars safely throughout the development. Street trees and decorative lighting will frame the corridors while decorative hardscapes and lush landscaping will create a unified attractive appearance tying all land uses together to create one village-themed community.
